It’s kind of clever, actually, a little man crawling up the back seam of your tights. The tights are made by a Turkish company called Penti (unfortunately, you can only browse their website in the U.S.) I could see myself wearing these, but they require a sense of humor. The Gloss got it right when they said “Turkish Tights Show Tiny Pervert Climbing Toward Your Butt”.
