So all gender-bending torch-carrying talk aside, you have to admit male model Andrej Pejic can really rock a wedding dress. I mean, I have trouble imagining myself in one but he looks perfectly appropriate. This week he graced the Rosa Clara runway — a slight departure from his perennial place in the Gaultier show — and it appears Pejic’s transcendent beauty is branding him as bridal couture royalty. The well-adjusted 20-year-old has modest views on his own success. He readily admits that his swarm of attention was overwhelming and that he takes every day as it comes. But his fashion portfolio says different, from mens couture to H&M, and now this. I wonder if this could become a pattern — more men modeling in bridal shows — or if Pejic is just one of a kind.
