No. Nuh-uh. Never ever. Personally, I think that the flared tips are gaudy and (for a lack of a better word) fugly. Plus I work a LOT with my hands and I I run into issues if my nails extend past my fingertips so they would just be a burden anyhow. 

My sister gets these all of the time. They’re ugly as sin.

Yeah, I don’t like this at all. And if Snooki is wearing it, you can bet yourself I will not have anything to do with it.

And it pisses me off that its called the duck face. Because its classically known as the kissy face…or at least thats how it arose. Some people take it too far.

would you be down to try this unconventional manicure trend?  No, I would not get a Duck foot manicure, they look like nails of a technophobe. How can anyone type or text with those duck nails?  No, no, no I still would not want them.  I guess if someone felt they were very pretty and could do no wrong, and felt they need to defend themself, would get these kind of nails.   (All looks and no brainer)  they all have fat fingers, like they dont type

I don’t like fake nails in general so this horrendous look, definitely not for me.

I’m all for nail designs, but that shape is so trashy looking.

The “duck face” was a major fail, and so is this “duck feet” manicure.

I can’t stand normal long nails.  There’s no way I could tolerate these.

No.  It’ll be extremely unlikely that I will try this type of manicure.  My regular, short nails snag on everything, I can’t imagine how these would shred every piece of fabric I come into contact with.

You could absolutely nothing with these. No masturbation, no texting, no typing, no easily picking up a dropped pencil or pen or coin from the floor, no nothing. Not only could you do nothing functional with these ugly nails, but – they’re UGLY. Huge flared tips? What even? -_- No one thought the duck-face craze was cute, anyone who thinks these “ducky” nails are cute – are outta their mind.

i would never try that. i know some girls who have been doing that for years, though not as extreme, but it looks so trashy having them fan out that way. i like designs on the ones in the picture, but that’s the only thing that makes them look cool..

Uh… NO.

No way! I have a hard time typing when my natural nails get too long. I can’t imagine how hard it would be with those.

@cherryv0dka@xanga - Basically. I mean, I know the real reason, even if the people who wear them don’t. It’s a status symbol. Saying that they can afford to make their hands useless because they do no manual labor. But “ow” was my gut reaction to the contemplation.

No. While it does have more space for nail art, the shape is uggggggly. Also, every time I look at it I imagine that all that extra surface makes them easier to get whacked off–painful. Those corners also look like they’ll easily get caught on stuff.

I’ll pass on this “trend.”

I think stiletto nails are even more comfortable! I have my gel nails just round! it’s funny to look at though!
