The dress looks too “edgy,” for lack of a better term, for her.  She doesn’t have that look- she always had more of a wholesome look.  I’d say miss.

I love Kelly, all of her albums are so different from each other which shows she can be really versatile. Her “My December” album was more gothic than pop, so shes pulled this style off before. Go kelly!

Not exactly the kind of dress that suits her, but I love her songs.

the dress itself is kind of awkward. she looks good though. if the faux v-neck was a boat neck, i think i would be okay with it.

I think that the shape and design is beautiful, but I believe it could be worn better with a different figure. She is still beautiful!

This dress reminds me of a lengthy version of something a chick in a basshunter video should wear. idk why.. just does.

I cannot say it is a miss… all I can say is it makes her look very bad.
