Do you ever get involved in a show or movie’s on-screen character romance and wonder if they have the same chemistry off-screen? I was watching the show Revenge and started to wonder the same about characters Emily Thorne (Emily VanCamp) and Daniel Grayson (Josh Bowman). It appears that life is imitating art as this on-screen couple also has an off-screen romance.
Here is a list of some of the other on-screen turned off-screen romances:
Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson
The infamous couple that causes teenagers (and adults) to swoon at the sight of them. Dating since the beginning of their Twilight series, these young loves have survived 4 movies and one on the way. Let’s hope their relationship in real life lasts as long as the one in the movies.
Lea Michele & Cory Monteith
While these Glee stars have little in common with their characters, the spark they share in the show as Rachel Berry and Finn Hudson gave them real life inspiration.
Ginnifer Goodwin & Josh Dallas
This adorable couple plays Snow White and Prince Charming in the show Once Upon a time are now living a real-life fairy-tale. Dallas was even reported saying to People magazine, “I think falling in love is always a surprise, right? It hit me like a blinding light. I thought, ‘I’m in trouble now.” Swoon!
Nina Dobrev & Ian Somerhalder
This couple sizzles on-screen on The
Vampire Diaries as Elena Gilbert and Damon Salvatore, so they wasted no time becoming real life loves. They’ve been spotted everywhere including smooching at Coachella and getting cozy in New York City.
The list goes on as new couples are turning their steamy relationships on T.V. or movies to a real life romance.
