While most parents have mountains of baby photo albums stashed around the house, one father decided to film his daughter Lotte once a week from birth, for twelve years. Well, Lotte has just turned the big 1-2, and her dad has released a pretty spectacular video. Check it out after the cut!
I don’t know about you, but I definitely re-watched the video a couple times, just to try and pinpoint how someone can grow so subtly, yet so quickly. It’s fascinating! I wonder if her dad will continue to film Lotte, or if her oncoming teenage angst will even allow it! [via Jezebel]

That’s awesome! All my family has are photo albums and even though you can see the changes as my sister and I grow up, it’s nothing compared to this video. This is such a great idea, if I ever have kids I definitely want to do this. You could show it at their wedding or graduation.
Her family must be so proud!
