eShakti ostensibly resembles your traditional online boutique, with a hint of Modcloth and a touch of Ann Taylor Loft. The clothing is cute and fun, though perhaps not groundbreaking…until you discover they custom fit their dresses. For free.

All you need for a custom frock are your measurements, which are easy to collect if you don’t know them already. Just pick out a dress, send them your info and if you don’t like the piece you can simply ship it back. Yup; they’ll custom-make a dress for you, and take it back if you’re unsatisfied. And their products are affordable; dresses range from $45 to $90.

You can also customize more than measurements with eShakti. Jezebel‘s Dodai Stewart wrote about how she ordered a dress with an open back, which they made with a closed one as per her request, at no extra charge. And when she didn’t like the neckline, Dodai was still able to return it. Amazing! I’m sensing a closet full of perfect-fitting dresses in my future.
