Heads up, citizens of Glendale, California: Kim Kardashian wants to run your town!
Kim Kardashian’s latest endeavor includes less reality TV and more reality. Kim is planning a 2017 run for Glendale, California. Why 2017? You have to have residency in the community, so Kim is already house-hunting in the area.
But why Glendale? “Because it’s, like, Armenian town,” she explained. And with all her Armenian ancestry, who better to run the town?
I assume you’re all thinking exactly what I was: just one more publicity stunt. But even so, city council members there are more than willing to back her up.
“I would support her. I think she would make an excellent mayor,” said Glendale city councilman Rafi Manoukian.
So if this is for real, when do you think we’ll see a presidential bid? In Kim We Trust.
Lovelies, do you think Kim K. would be a good mayor? Or is this just another publicity stunt?

Publicity stunt. Yes, Glendale, CA is full of Armenians but that is not a good enough reason to run for mayor for a particular city. She can barely manage to handle her life, how can she run a city?

@babybug329@xanga - – exactly my thought!! I noticed a lot of Armenians aren’t gravitating in Glendale anymore.. They’re coming down to the east side of the San Fernando Valley….
Anyway, the idiot Kardashian needs to get over herself. She’ll ruin the city and the only reason why political figures in that city will back her up is because she’ll give them free “jobs” if you know what I mean.. She should learn to run her own life before running a city.

A lot of car dealerships, finding car parts, pretty much anything to do with cars are opening up around my area and majority of them are run by Armenians… I wonder if people know Glendale’s one of the worst places for credit fraud?

While I find the “She needs to be able to run her own life before she tries to run a city” argument REALLY silly, she has definitely not made wise decisions about how public all her choices have been if she has had a political career in mind.
I doubt she will be any better or worse than most, as someone above said….she will just be the pretty face while all the decisions are made by the grown ups.
