I’m a busty lady, and while that always sounds great to some, fellow full-bosomed women know that our state is often a blessing and a curse. Usually if a gal tells me that she wants to be my size, I launch into a full-blown PSA about the drawbacks of big boobs. Now there is a series of humorous comics that further support (and refute) my argument, entitled “Busty Girl Perks” and “Busty Girl Problems.” Read some after the cut!

The perk: Boobs make great accessories to any outfit
The peril: People think you’re trying to draw attention to yourself when it couldn’t be further from the truth. Or people think they can just come up to you and jostle your boobs.

I love these comics!
I relate to all of them!

This is my life haha. The stairs one is so spot on.

Hahaha, yes. The seatbelt one, for sure! I swear, I’m not actually trying to draw attention to my cleavage. I’m just trying to be safe.

The shoulder bag. Definitely.

The seatbelt one! The stairs! My life….and lets not even talk about how many times I’ve been at work and accidentally dunked my boobs into food or something…

HAHAHAHA so many of these…SO true. Like the strap bag and the stairs one…

I got to agree with the shoulder bag.

If I’m not a busty girl, am I allowed to laugh?

Exercise of any kind, they’re annoying and will eventually hurt. And I’m a large C cup. If my boobs keep growing I might get them back to practical but enough B’s again.

These are funny. And I’m here to tell you that the turbulence thing even happens to A cups! LOL.

Ugh. I hate boobs so much.

How about when I’m lying down naked, my boobs want to travel up to my neck and strangle me. No bueno.

lol i’m not busty but when i sprint down the stairs, i clutch my boobs too.

Love these comics!! I can so relate to it (esp the seat belt and shoulder strap…that’s why I try to stick with backpacks)
guest
hahaha I feel better now… but seriously I love my boobs they can just be a hassle at times
guest
the shoulder strap…FOREVER RELEVANT TO MY LIFE.
and yeah, i do have to say as someone who loves running it’s always awkward because sometimes sports bras don’t even have enough support
guest
lol yessss. The built in bra one is my favorite. Do those shirts even work for small-chested ladies???
guest
great post! I had a couple of chuckles.

@heart_leigh@xanga - Oh, so that’s why women do not visit plastic surgeons for breast enhancements? They simply do not seek the attentions of the men? Alrighty then!
guest
Huge boobs may look alright, as long as they are extremely well-supported. Alas, if one is to see their titties ‘let out’ as it were, they would hang down to their ankles. Most large breasts are very flabby, whilst those with smaller breasts also have FIRMER breasts, therefore they are superior.

You forgot blouse gape. OH MY GOD.

my boobs love shoulder bags. It just makes them look bigger

Never being able to wear a button up flannel shirt. Shirts/dresses with moulded/shaped tops. Having to wear basically turtlenecks to work because NO MATTER WHAT YOU WEAR WHEN YOU BEND OVER/CROSS YOUR ARMS YOU MAKE CLEVAGE AND NO ONE UNDERSTANDS.

lol completely agree and sympathize with other busty ladies!!! The first three months of my pregnancy were miserable!!! They constantly hurt so bad my husband rolling over in his sleep was enough to make them hurt and wake me up. The stairs and running lol forget it im grabbing those puppies, i use a backpack style purse or a clutch style so no shoulder strap, but the seatbelt is a big issue, especially with my sports style nursing bras. Even though they are D’d (or at least were before baby) mine are very perky thank you! (sometimes its not a great thing they often get in the way) I like mine just the way they are tho!

@thatkyliegirlx@xanga - TOTALLY AGREE!. not to mention going braless is out of the question, unless i wear a jacket, its just overly obvious lol.

@LegionOfLucifer@xanga - Dude you’re like the trollest troll that ever trolled. Why do you go on these posts? You always say negative and controversial things ON PURPOSE. Mum and dad didn’t give you enough attention huh? I’m sorry.

LOL for the towel one. Sometimes I do that with my hands on my hips, like it’s a reverse cape of superwoman awesomeness.

Haha this is my life! Especially the seatbelts and built-in bras, ugh. Many girls say they want my DDs, but I tell them its just not worth the hassle.
Another problem I have is finding bathing suit tops; without underwire I get side-boobage or they escape while I’m swimming, eek!

@LegionOfLucifer@xanga - While this can be true, it isn’t always. I’m a 34DD, closer to 34DDD (34F) but I can’t find bras in that size so I always just do 34DD (almost equally as impossible to find). I am now at the point that I don’t always wear a bra because it’s awkward to never have the right size bra. I can go braless because I don’t have saggy / flappy boobs. They are perky/firm and usually people think I have on a bra anyway (my fiance loves to find out that I’m not actually wearing anything!) – maybe it’s because I’m nearly 24 and haven’t had kids so they don’t have the pulled-down look to them. However, my mother, a 36FF, had 4 children and even now at 50, they are still pretty perky – especially for being massive beasts that survived 4 children.
Also, most women who have children will have the saggy look afterwards – even the little boobs.
So I wouldn’t say the saggy / flappy / pulled-down look is a requirement of big boobs. I’m not wearing a bra right now. It looks like I am. Although, if I lie down flat, the gig will be up because my boobs will hit me in the face. Perky.

Yes- very accurate. I’d make one about how buoyant they can be in the water!

I hate shoulder straps! I am a shy girl so whenever I go out with a shoulder strap bag on, I just want to die.

@heart_leigh@xanga - Accessories to an outfit as long as they actually fit in your shirt! So many cute clothes that don’t look good on me!
