Those are the ugliest f-ing shoes I have ever seen. Miss! 

I actually like the shoes, they have a nice urban feel but, I don’t like them with the skirt… She should have paired it with a light denim skinny jean or even a mustard skinny jean to be bold.

The shoes are different and I like them.  They are workable. I agree with @MistyEyes22@xanga - about the denim. A t-shirt dress would work as well.

Crazy sneakers would look good with a more subdued outfit.  The wackiness of this outfit is very Japanesque – I don’t hate it, but it’s hard to pass the look off in the US.

I’ve seen some, but I personally wouldn’t wear them. If someone likes it and it’s their style, go for it.
