It seems that the latest trend is see-through tops. Stars everywhere are wearing sheer shirts and showing off some skin. Do you like this trend?
From Sarah Jessica Parker to Katy Perry and everyone in between, this trend seems to have hit everyone. I’m not sure how long this new style will last. Will you try it out before it goes out of style?
What do you think of sheer shirts and see-through styles? Lovelies, are these tops flattering or do they expose too much?

As long as the wearer is sporting the proper undergarments, that’s fine by me. Sheer tops for me, will be limited to the sheer panels on my shoulders/arms…and maybe back (or camisole worn underneath). I’m not comfortable showing that much skin.

i’m not a big fan. it’s a kind of trend that can easily cross the line to tacky. if you’re not sure it looks okay your better off not doing it.

It’s my favorite trend from the 90s. I just have to be more conservative about it now. No more wearing just a bra and definitely no contrasting bras like SJP. I would love to have her outfit but I would have to pair it with a camisole. If I wanted to be daring, I would have to pick a contrasting camisole.

LOVE IT

It is not a NEW trend…. just sayin’.

Uhm, this has been a trend for like two years.

I like sheer tops. If it’s completely sheer without pattern, I wear a shirt underneath. If it’s sheer with pattern to offer some extra coverage, then I will wear it with just a bra if I feel like doing so that day (and with a high-waist skirt usually). If it’s something like a thick lace, then I will definitely wear it with just a bra. And if it’s just a shirt with cut-outs that show skin, I will wear it with just a bra depending on how large the cut-outs are. I’ve never bought a dark sheer shirt though, so if I had a truly sheer shirt that was dark I’d possibly wear it with just a bra and high-waist bottoms.

It looks kind of trashy to me.. I wore a sweater, it was black.. Had no idea, and it was see through and I realized it AFTER I was out and it just looked terrible and was pretty embarrassing cause everyone could see my bra!

I wouldn’t do that.

I hate this. I can’t go shopping for shirts anymore, because everything’s see-through or so thin I need a cami or tank underneath it so my bra doesn’t show. I’d like to just wear ONE shirt every day. Not 2. It’s so frustrating.

Okay, you’re wearing a bra, got it.

Been doing this for a few years. Got a really see through top the other day but I wear a cami under it because I get enough dickheads staring at my rack.

I love it. I own a few lace and sheer shirts. I can never get enough.

I’m not a huge fan of my bra smiling out to the whole world. I do like the trend, however, and wear a camisole under a sheer top.

As long as their bra isn’t showing. I honestly find it weird to have their bra showing like that. Wear a tank or a tub top underneath at least…..

Gawd forbid we realize that we are naked under our clothing, for shame! These mostly look fine. Seeing a bra under a sheer top is no more different than seeing someone in a bikini. Besides, I spend a lot of money on my dang bras, would be nice for people to see them, if I were brave enough!

There are some that can be done right. I know I have a see-through shirt that I’ve worn out on a few occasions… Although I didn’t wear them when they were “in style,” I still got compliments.

No. No, no, no. We get it, you’re hot under your clothes, but it just looks so… half-arsed. Like they couldn’t be bothered to think about what they were putting on in the morning.

um I didn’t want to see Rihanna’s full on tit?! Did no one else see that?
