And why shouldn't he, when there's Obama sushi to be pinned!

Our Commander-In-Chief is the newest high profile Pinterest account out there, and so far, he's got some good stuff goin' on. He's no Martha Stewart yet, but he's working on it. The president's campaign team has set up a recipe board (smart move, guys!) that features the Obama family chili recipe and some delish looking cupcakes, as well as a board dedicated to Obama-loving pets. I'm thinking the Prez is trying to reach out to the female crowd with this one. Sugary desserts? Cute puppies? We see you, Obama. (via Jezebel)

A ton of celebs have Pinterest accounts now, from Ryan Seacrest to Michael Kors, and even Mark Zuckerberg, the mastermind behind Facebook. It makes sense though, as Pinterest is really a way to paint a picture of yourself using, well, pictures. We can't see a reason why celebrities wouldn't jump on the Pinterest bandwagon - those in the limelight thrive off of photographs, not just of themselves, but their products, ideas, and features. And, not to mention, Pinterest's popularity is shooting through the roof. Seems like good strategy to me.

Do you have a Pinterest account? If so, what do you like about it? Do you follow any celebrities?
