Who knew cake stands are so universal? You don’t have to use them just for cake. Keep reading to see some fun ways to get more use out of a cake stand.

As shown above, you can corral your nail polish and lotions all in one convenient spot. Plus, it looks cute enough to leave on a bathroom counter or a vanity in your room.

Another way to use a cake stand is in the kitchen to hold your soaps. Put your soaps on a bright colored cake stand in the kitchen or a bathroom to save counter space and brighten up the room. What a great idea?

When Christmas rolls around (or any other holiday for that matter), try using a cake stand as a centerpiece. It’s a fun, new way to decorate. And I bet you’ll get lots of compliments.

If you’re an artsy person, you probably have a craft room or at least a desk where you like to work. To keep the area looking neat, use a cake stand to hold your crayons, markers, etc. It looks nice, and it’s super functional.

I don’t know about you, but I love candles. I think it is an awesome idea to put different sized pillar candles on a colored cake stand. Whether the cake stand is tiered or not, I think this setup would get a lot of attention.

My favorite idea of them all is to use a cake stand to hold your perfume. What a great way to show off all your fancy perfume bottles. And it keeps them all in one place.

If you’re like the majority of busy people, you can never seem to find your keys. Putting a cake stand on a table near the door is a great way to always know where your keys are at. You could use the cake stand for your keys, phone, sunglasses and anything else you need to grab when you’re heading out the door.

What do you Lovelies think of these ideas? Have any of your own ideas about uses for cake stands?
