Charlize Theron has a lot of accomplishments under her belt. We all know about her roles on-screen, including her best actress Oscar for her 2003 film Monster, but now her off-screen life will require her to take on a new role: Mom. The 36-year-old adopted a baby boy this week, placing her among the surprising number of Hollywood parents of adopted children.
Confirmed photos have yet to go public of Charlize’s new tot, but we’re not in any rush. Surely baby Jackson will be in the spotlight before too long. Congrats to Charlize and her new baby!

Has become or became btw
I don’t really follow celebs’ personal lives unless it directly ties to their work. And children usually don’t fall into that. So.. I have no idea what family lives celebs have.

As someone who is adopted, I approve of this. So long as children get adopted for the right reasons and not so they can be displayed and paraded around to show off, I have no problem with celebrities adopting children.

@tokyoexpressman@xanga - Agreed. I used to be supportive of Angelina’s adoptings until I found out she was doing it to promote causes, not out of pure goodness of her heart. Then when she started having biological children, she gave birth in different countries to get them citizenship there & bring attention to the place she was in. She’s becoming like a baby collector or something.
