I’m terrible with applying eyeliner on my top lid alone lol. Someday I hope to become better with applying eyeliner.

I used to apply liner to my lower lashes, but now I leave it bare. I tend to get raccoon eyes because of the natural oils on my skin. Besides, having no eyeliner, my small eyes seemingly look “larger” than it really is.

@Cestovatelka@xanga - Me, too!  So far I can do only the top…  Pencil liner on the top smudged with an stiff angled brush.  Practicing on the bottom but it still looks bad.

I thought people usually lined their eyes like that.  I could never do the waterline technique as it would smudge for me.

I usually only do the top line, but occasionally I’ll do have the bottom (to the middle of the pupil, else it will make my eyes look smaller) but pretty much never with black. I like using color. (:

@MzKeekz@xanga - I find that girls who line their waterline tend to create smaller-looking eyes by doing so. It’s not something I like on girls really.

I always do my eyeliner like this! I like that it makes my eyes look bigger and I’m a wuss when it comes to the waterline. 

I only line about a third of my lower waterline.

@Cestovatelka@xanga - omg same here. eyeliner pencils don’t work with my skin! it legit won’t apply smoothly

Sometimes I line my lower lid, sometimes I don’t.  Sometimes I fully line it, sometimes I go only half-way.  Sometimes I don’t wear any eyeliner at all.  Sometimes I don’t wear any makeup at all.  I never line any waterlines though as it looks fake to me and gives me a headache.

I always line the top. How I line the bottom or if I do so really depends on the look I’m going for that day.

I’m teary eyed, meaning that my eyes tend to water constantly. I don’t if it’s because of allergies or not, I just know that as soon as I start applying eyeliner in the bottom part of my eyes, right away I start feeling them water making a mess.

But you know what, I’m going to try this method…Hopefully it works out for me!
