I would wear the flats if:
1) They weren’t so expensive – but with quality, hand-painted goodness like stuff on etsy, I wouldn’t expect them to cost less.
2) I didn’t live in the Mississippi delta, where the flat land and intense rain showers cause massive puddles and temporary rivers to form over roads and sidewalks.
