Well they don’t sound jealous and bitter at all.

Not that I don’t agree with their stance but blame the people who keep their ratings up. You can’t blame them for their appealing to some.

I completely agree with what they have said. It is sickening to think there are people who are keeping their ratings up!

It’s hardly jealousy, especially if they’re saying it because they feel the same way I do. It’s disgust because this country drools over stupid shit, drama and mindless fucking pop culture. Quality is too over our heads nowadays, so this is what gets high ratings. It honestly IS disgusting, and people who say it’s due to jealousy and bitterness are just as fucking stupid as the Kardashians. Sure, let me fuck some random guy and videotape it, then I’ll be famous and THAT’S class, baby! Fuck outta here.

Paris Hilton is actually really smart and its sad that she knows the only way Hollywood will pay attention to her is by dumbing herself down. Nobody should ever have to dumb themselves down. 

i dun think its the kardashians fault for being famous n rich… but it is really sad to those who work hard on script.. spent tonnes of money for production and actors who said up late to do filming yet they get less rating n money =(

Whatever. My mom works in film and technically most reality TV is totally scripted, but the fact that people have become so obsessed with it (and not just reality TV but dumb/obnoxious reality TV) does seem kind of like it is the beginning of us not being able to care about our own lives anymore. Wait…what’s that?…You say that’s already happened…Oh, well never mind then.

And to all the people that keep saying that Paris Hilton is really smart. Her IQ is like 110. That’s not smart. That’s average. So, no she’s not dumb, but she’s not this super smart person that so many people keep trying to say that she is either. And I’m sorry, but last time I checked, just because you have a certain IQ does not mean that you use it. You could have an IQ of 150, but still be an idiot (all the IQ means is that you can problem solve). But I’m surprised Paris Hilton is even mentioned in this post. Didn’t she go away like 5 years ago or something?

Agreed 100%. And as for the jealousy thing? Daniel Craig and Jon Hamm have more talent than the Kardashians or Paris Hilton can dream of.

I love Paris!  She was the first trashy star but she turned around and is actually using her business savvy.  I do hate the KKardashits Klan and wish we would stop talking about them.  I will admit I watch their shitty shows when I work out as inspiration to lose weight.

If either of them were as dumb as those three men said they were, we wouldn’t be talking about them right now.

I appreciate the fact that they make millions for doing nothing. That is badass. But otherwise they’re fucking idiots and I would like them to go away

if a newspaper deliverer complains that they don’t get enough money in comparsion to the stupid Kradishans that’s more than justified, but if other overpaid celebs do so it’s sort of just whiny. Bohhhohoo we get just ONE million *sob* ….rolls eyes.

I would agree with what they said. It’s a sad day when we have people who have the capabilities to do good, like Snooki (I found this out from my 18-year-old co-worker that I rolled my eyes at) ends up having to act the way she does so that she can make more money. At that point, I lose respect for these people because really, I don’t find how they CHOOSE to represent themselves appealing. 

They forgot to mention Jersey Shore. But yep, I agree with the critics.

  I don’t think “unscripted” reality shows deserve the attention they receive. I’d love to see more advertisements for shows with ACTUAL actors and a script, set design, plot, etc. They don’t get enough credit!!!

All they’re doing is expressing their displeasure over the fact that bad behavior mixed with little to no intelligence gets rewarded (probably by people like you) a lot more than hard work, talent and creativity.

Ok thats all…you can go back to watching The Kardashians now.

@devildog09 - I’m not a teenager nor a fan of the show. It seems to me if they really were more intelligent they would know how to market themselves better and make themselves more successful than these ladies, eh?
