All you need is a light and a dark pink nail polish, a dotting tool, and a steady hand.  Nail art can seem intimidating, but it’s actually a really fun and cute project for a weekend or evening.  If you’re just getting started, it’s often helpful to grab a friend and practice on each other (rather than try to do your own nails).
