You know what’s really distracting? Her hair. I don’t care about lamely placed jewellery and exposing too much chest, that coif of hers is just terrible. 

At least she and Katy are matching in their 90s flashbacks. 

The hair is just awful…and I’m not too fond of the dress either. 

Her hair is awful. 

The dress is really bland and boring.

The necklace is nothing special.

Of course Katy didn’t mind it…She kissed a girl and she liked it, remember?

It’s not horrible, but… forgettable. And WHAT THE HELL is Katy doing to her hair? CRIMPING IT?! Jesus christ…

Rihanna looked sexy as hell. And I love her new hair.

Best dress that I saw, though, was Taylor Swift’s.

Her hair does seem a bit weird. She looks better with short hair in my opinion. The necklace is there perhaps she want something to bling on her back? Thinking that whole backless thing, too many people done it before. Weird.

Everything about her look I dislike. The hair is TERRIBLE, the dress is ugly, and the ‘back necklace’ is weird.

Katy Perry, really? I thought people grew out of crimping their hair in fifth grade! ughhh it looks awful!and blonde? that lip color!?So terrible.

It reminds me of high school, when all the girls would wear super-low-rise jeans so their thongs would stick out. Trashy, in my opinion.

I like the necklace. The dress is a little too much (or little) since it is low cut in the front and back and then it has a high slit.  I have mixed feelings about the hair.  Since it is mass 90s flashback time, I want to like it, but only if it was with something casual.  I don’t like it with the dress.

nothing wrong with the necklace BUT WITH HER HAIR! lol. Even though next to Katy’s blue hair the yellow doesn’t look so bad.

I thought that was cool. That waist jewellery was cool. 

I don’t really understand how women feel comfortable wearing dresses like that to public events, let alone celebrity events where their photo will be taken. If I was a woman in my own house I would feel practically naked in that dress. Also, RiRi, really? That is a terrible nickname.

Wish she would just rock the Ronald McDonald look again.

I just can’t imagine having boobs so small I could wear a dress like that and not look like a bulbous flapjack…

The necklace reminds me of those belly chains that were “cool” in the 90s. 

I love it. And the hair. Not “safe” and very fashion forward. Especially pictured with Katy Perry, she looks like a rock star.

I think its sexy. The lipstick was a little too dark, and the top part of her hair was a little unattractive. Katy Perry should not crimp her hair and/or turn it blue. Just doesn’t work on her.

The biggest throw off for me was the “I forgot to dye my roots before the Grammy’s” hair. I just don’t understand why people can spend so much money to make their hair look like it’s been forgotten and neglected
