How can you measure your bra size accurately at the comfort of your own home?
I tried looking for ways online but they’re all saying that I’m a inch lower than I really am but I’m not.
Thanks in advance!
The method I’ve always used is basically like this one. However, taking your own measurements for anything is really hard! I grew up with a mother who made her own clothes as a teenager and made most of my clothes when I was a child, and I’m currently learning how to make my own dresses and skirts. The main thing I’ve learned? Any measurements you take of yourself on your own are most likely not going to be exact.
If you feel comfortable with it, ask a friend to help you measure! This way, it’s more like someone else measuring you, but without the weirdness of standing in a store with someone you don’t know measuring you over your clothes.
Lovelies, do you have any tips for measuring your bra size at home?
Do you need advice on something? What’s making your head spin? Relationships? Shoes? Waterproof mascara? Hit us up.

I measure myself similarly to the directions to the webpage you mentioned. All I know is that most accurate measurements are done by professional bra fitters (who are not usually found at your local department store, Victoria’s Secret or other big brand name bra stores. Those people who measure you are typically only salespeople with measuring tape. I went with a well-endowed friend to be measured. The person who measured her told her that she was 36A when she was clearly not.) Also, I’d try on the sister cup sizes, for example, if I measure 36B, I would also try on 34C and 38A to see which fit the most comfortable.

i tried the site you mentioned also and at first it said i was a 32DD-E (i wish) so i tried another link from that sight and it told me i was a 32A which i am no where near. 32A-32E is quite the range of sizes haha i feel like the little boy from the old tootsie-pop commercials, “i guess i’ll never know…”
