Macaulay Culkin’s “Gaunt Photo” has caused widespread concern ever since it was published today by ET.
Most media outlets have backed off the story after his rep issued a statement that “Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health.”
But at the risk of stating the obvious, Macaulay has always been a skinny person. Sadly, that’s what happens to a lot of people who were child actors/actresses. Not everyone, but there are lots of them out there – Lindsay Lohan and the Olsen twins to name a few. They haven’t exactly had an easy ride either.

You can definitely tell he’s lost weight — it’s in his neck especially. He’s looking a lot older than he is as well.

i think he used to be really attractive, but he looks scary in the most recent picture. maybe he’s addicted to drugs or something, that’s nothing new to child actors.

It really just looks like a bad picture. I mean, are there more?? If they say he’s healthy, then the media should just leave him alone, but we know that’s not gonna happen..

It’s hard to judge based on one photo..it could just be a bad photo..nothing wrong. With that said..that photo does look scary! He looks old & way to frail. I’d have to see more recent photos of him thought to determine if it’s a bad camera angle or if I feel like he’s in serious need of drug or anorexic therapy..
