Kiss My Face Olive & Aloe Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin, 16-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 3), $35.85 from Amazon

Hi. My name’s Beca, and I’m addicted to body lotion. Seriously — especially in the winter, I feel downright panicky if I can’t lube my body up with some moisturizer post-shower. Last year I was fortunate to stumble upon my now-standby: Kiss My Face Olive & Aloe Moisturizer. And now, forever upon the back of my toilet shall it and its offspring sit. Let me explain why.

I really like the absence of overwhelming perfume in the formula. It smells very faintly like a natural clean — which, let’s hope is your body’s reality. I dabbled with a lot of lightly scented products in the pasy, especially those in the lavender, vanilla and sandalwood vein, but found for me personally, a lack of added odors works best. I prefer to rock solamente the pheromones, but I know that isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.

The lotion also rubs on very smoothly, with zero stick factor. Usually after I towel off, I lather this stuff on, comb and blow dry my hair. By the time I finish sucking the water from my pixie cut, my body’s absorbed all of the moisturizer. I really appreciate not having to sit around waiting for it to sop up so I can put on my clothes without making a mess or feeling like I’m just wiping it all off.

I really appreciate the utilitarian pump design, mostly because I’m pretty no-frills with my morning beauty routine. And since it doesn’t look too suffocatingly girly, it might even entice the boyfriend to squeeze a small pump into his desert-dry knuckles on his way out of the bathroom — bonus!

Have you ever tried this lotion? Do you prefer scent-free products, too? What do you look for in a good body lotion?
