I don’t see what the big deal is. It’s just nipples for gosh sakes. If women want to go braless, more power to them. As for me, I have forgone the bra from time to time depending on my mood. I just worry about my babies drooping.

That picture of Jessica Simpson is so disturbing. And I used to fantasize about her chest.

I personally think it’s trashy to go out without a bra on but that’s me. I don’t feel comfortable without a bra on. 

Whatever floats their boats, I suppose.  I don’t mind it when other women go braless, unless their breasts are peeking below their top.  None of the celebrities look too bad, except I would say that I’d prefer if the tops weren’t sheer.  The only celebrity featured above I would say, “Please put on a bra!” is probably Kirsten Dunst.  Looks really sloppy for someone less endowed.  And Jessica Simpson…I can’t imagine how comfortable she is in public without those restrained.  The only time I am without a bra in public is if I am wearing a swimsuit.  And that is very, very seldom.  The only other time I went without was to prom.  I was 18.  Yeah, they definitely don’t look the same as they did then.

I’ve gone braless often. But when I do it, I will either do it while wearing a top/dress that is of a thick or rough/hard fabric, I will wear a vest or jacket over the top, or I will wear a form-fitting cami underneath. I have breathing problems and I find that being braless helps make it easier to breathe now. 

If your tits are flying about and your nipples are clearly visible, then you are doing it wrong imo. Or shouldn’t at all do it.

Looking through the pics, none of these women except the 7th should have gone braless with these outfits. Seriously, it’s not appealing.Thankfully I don’t look obviously braless when I am braless.

If you’re small enough to go braless fine but invest in some nipple covers. A lot of times girls wear a thin top & go braless for attention & that’s tacky.

As for bigger girls, it doesnt look right because it makes your boobs look saggy & it isnt very comfortable. I think a B cup or smaller are the sizes that can go without a bra. After that it’s awkward.

i want those stick-ems. then i’d never have to wear a bra. seriously, the biggest blight to us chestless girls is that we have the annoying inconvenience of nipples.

I don’t go braless unless I’m in my pajamas, but at that point I’m not going anywhere. Without a bra, the girls just get in the way and put more stress on my back. I need my tit-harnesses to keep them in place so I can function like a normal person.

women should be able to go braless whenever they want.  I don’t, especially not now.  However, that is my decision.  They are just breasts.

I don’t give a shit what women chose to do with their breasts. It’s none of my business. Sometimes if I just have to go out real quick Ill say “fuck it” to the bra but otherwise I prefer them to have a lift.

I think it makes for a tacky and homely look, personally. Sure, people are free to do what they want. I’m free to think it looks sloppy.

I think everyone should be able to go braless comfortably. It pisses me off that in our society we basically shame women for having tits. Especially NATURAL tits, heaven forbid. Everyone talks about “saggy” boobs like they’ve ever fucking seen the majority of boobs in their natural state of being. Very few women have boobs that don’t sag at all, and maybe if women weren’t so nervous to go braless people get a more realistic view of what beautiful women’s bodies actually look like. 

I go braless if I have like a sweatshirt or am really covered up.  If I have a little flimsy tshirt on, I’d never dream of it!  Granted, I am large chested but perky haha… As long as they aren’t getting in the way, you have no plans of running anywhere, and you aren’t scaring children with your nips, then go for it.

I used to do volunteer firefighting, and would often work overnight shifts and sleep at the station. Wearing a bra to bed was super uncomfortable, so I would opt for a cami with a built-in shelf bra and a tee shirt. When we’d have to inevitably go on calls, I wouldn’t have a problem with going out in public bra-less (mostly because I had enough layers on that you couldn’t tell otherwise. Small boobs ftw!). 

However, I do wear a bra in my day-to-day life for personal comfort and convenience, not because I feel “shamed” for having tits like another commenter put it. If I were to go bra-less, I’d have a tank top or cami on under my shirt and I’d more than likely be wearing a sweatshirt or hoodie, too.

I don’t go braless in public. I don’t particularly like seeing most women’s nipples either. However, I don’t condemn women who go braless; it’s far more comfy sometimes. 

Unfortunately I have to say it looks sexy and being a saggy-titted individual i am jealous .

it’s not just the looks, I think not wearing a bra is extreemly uncomfortable, when they are large. as soon as you walk quickly or run…ouch ouch ouch…

I don’t wear a bra a lot of the times, but i never wear anything that you can really notice it. I usually have 2 shirts and a hoodie on, or just a hoodie if i were to go out braless.

I typically go braless in the summer, but I always wear nipple covers.

I honestly just don’t feel comfortable without a bra.  I’m not exactly huge in the chest, and even I think going up or down a flight of stairs without a bra is kind of painful – I can’t imagine large-chested ladies doing it!

The only time I do feel comfortable sans bra is in some strapless dresses.  Even then, they’re always of a thick enough fabric nothing shows, even if I’m sitting in an industrial freezer!    If I’m at home, I’m fine sleeping without a bra, but at my apartment at school, my roomie’s bf sleeps over a lot, so I use those little night-timey bras (no clue what the real name is, haha).  When I was younger, I’d go around braless if my cami had a built-in bra thing, because I was small enough that it was sufficient. 

going without a bra for too long causes me back pain. i have big bewbs and a small upper torso…so yeah. they’re too heavy without some assistance.

i don’t really care about it otherwise, though. as long as it’s not an occassion that calls for conservative dress, it’s all good.

I don’t really feel comfortable out and about without a bra. It also looks kind of weird to me since my boobs are big. Plus, it can be a bit painful without support. I’m never wearing one at home though, unless it’s a sports bra and I’m working out, haha.

I think the braless look can be sexy, but there is a very thin line between sexy and skanky.  If you’re wearing a top that’s about as sheer as a pair of pantyhose, or showing so much cleavage that it looks as though something might pop out, I don’t find it all that sexy.  On the other hand, I like the photo of the turtleneck, where the only indication that the woman is braless is her nipples making themselves known.  Give me just enough to make me do a double-take.

I’d go braless more if my nipples didn’t get hard the minute a breeze stirred. 

I don’t feel comfortable without a bra on, but if I looked like Miley (her body), I’d go braless all the time unless it was for a special occasion. I’m not going to let my decisions just be based on what everyone else thinks.

I have really big boobs, so going out without any support is really uncomfortable.

I never go out in public without a bra.. even if I’m going to the store with my boyfriend and I’m waiting int he car, I need to wear a bra. Inside the house? Fuck it, I never wear a bra. XD

I only go braless when it’s required, like under a halter dress. My boobs are ok, I don’t mind.

I don’t like the feeling of going braless. It’s a little uncomfortable to me, to be honest. The shirt would have to provide support to at least hold them fairly still before I would do it. I don’t mind when others go braless as long as it’s done tastefully and the nipples aren’t wanting to come out and play.

In the renassaince,medieval,baroque times no women would wear bras, just corsets, their under dress (their version of underwear) and a normal dress. I just don’t care..

My nipples get tender if I don’t wear a bra and I hate it.

I’m also prone to getting Runners Nipple if my sports bra’s aren’t tight enough when I run.

I think it’s alright to go braless if you’re flat .. ’cause it’ll look nasty/saggy if you have big boobs without the support of a bra. But hey, whatever floats your boat

If you’re small chested, cute lacy bralettes are nice as a replacement for a bra especially under looser tanks or flowy tops. I think a nude lacy bralette would be perfect under a more sheer tee because basically it just covers up nipples, it’s not restraining at all. I’d go braless under anything with a thicker fabric and a flattering neckline, also only in spring/summer so it seems more intentional and hippy than “wardrobe malfunction.” I’m a smallish B-cup, I think I need to go down a band size from 34 to 32 so my bras don’t gap. A-cups are too tight on me.
Also I personally think a top or dress with molded cups in it is AWESOME and anyone who fits in it should wear it without a bra just to avoid bra straps. And I agree that the 7th picture looks awesome.

I’m not insecure about my breasticles and I find that I look awesome naked. But seriously, just the whole flying titties thing and seeing nipples through a shirt look awkward and make me uncomfortable (I often imagine a second pair of eyes). One of those things in which I’d rather be completely topless or see someone completely topless than see them with a thin, sheer shirt on being braless. Weird? I guess lol

I’ve got mixed feelings towards this…..I’m small enough to go braless in public, but I never have, aside from when my bf asked me to one night while we were running errands. I liked how the fabric of my shirt brushed my nipples, and, obviously, he loved it, but I felt really trashy and wondered if other people were looking at me and thinking “Fuck, her nipples are hard! Ewwww!” So yeah…….

miley might as well just be topless in that one picture….just because you have a thin sheet of material over your boobs doesn’t make it appropriate to be bouncing around in public. 

It’s alright I guess if youre a celebrity or you have discretion about where youre trampling around without a bra. Going to class it is definitely a no no 

To start off, I personally don’t care what you choose to do. If you wear a bra, fine. If you don’t wear a bra, fine. If you don’t wear a bra and cover your nipples, fine. If you wear clothes that have a little support while you’re sans bra, fine.
As you can already tell, I don’t go out of my way to check everyone’s tits. That’s really all I can say on that matter.

For myself, I wear bras at times and then I don’t. At home? I don’t. Out? 50% of the time.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a perfect rack. I, on occasion, despise my breasts and consider augmenting them when and if I have the money but at the end of the day, if no one else likes my breasts, it doesn’t matter because they’re not attached to anyone else but myself. I’d rather embrace it instead of opting for a more painful, expensive route to self satisfaction.
If I go out without a bra on, I don’t pay attention to what ‘other people’ might think or say. The only reason I ever wear a bra is for the support whenever I feel as if I’d prefer it on any given day.

Also lest I forget old man winter, my breasts tend to hurt if they get a little too chilly.

i don’t feel comfortable without a bra on. my boobs aren’t big at all & it wouldn’t look right to not be wearing one. i personally don’t think anyone should go without a bra but miley does pull it off, unless that’s just a good picture.

I don’t go braless. Ever. My bra and I are like best friends. I have no problem with women who go braless, but I really don’t want to see your nipples. Cover the nipples and have at it. 

I’m not sure this look suits her… but it all depends on the person. Mine are small and I rarely wear a bra, I don’t think people even notice!! If the person feels comfortable with that though, and wants to walk around sans brassiere then good for them!

I’m a D, verging on DD and for me to go braless would be irresponsible, to everyone around me, and to my boobs.  Unless it’s a dress that I absolutely cannot work a bra or strapless bra in there, I will find a way to wear a bra. 

Also, no one needs to see what stage your nipples are at (hard, soft, somewhere in between, pointy, eugh). 

It’s about as healthy as not wearing deodorant.  So unless you’re starting to be a super organic tree hugger, please keep your over-the-shoulder-boulder-holders on unless you are staying home. 

I absolutely hate seeing peoples nipples through shirts. I find it so disgusting/trashy so I definitely wish people would at least wear the pasty things <_< but no one does, hardly. Plus, like a lot of other people said; the sagging is very off-putting as well. 

I can’t help but think that anyone disgusted by this doesn’t truly appreciate the female form…

Man, I could never do that. Even if I had a smaller chest (which I wish I did) I’d still wear a bra all the time. As it is, that’s where a lot of guys look first (even when you’re wearing layers!!), so the last thing I want to do is call attention to that area.
Guys are so stupid sometimes.
But seeing some of these celebrities running around without bras, I have to say…I’m feeling a lot better about the state of mine right now. Geez, she could kill someone with those…

I think most of the celeb pictures look good, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s appropriate. As women we are faced with having secondary sex organs that everyone can see through our clothes. When I was in 6th grade I kinda thought it was hot for me to walk around in a thin white shirt with no bra… I just didn’t realize how inappropriate it actually looked. I was so proud that I had boobs suddenly! Then one day my mom saw and she called me over across the room, and with a look on her face fitting for if I had murdered somebody, she whispered loudly and urgently, “Go… put on a bra… IMMEDIATELY.” Since then, the only time that I feel comfortable not wearing a bra is when I shower, swim, or have sex.

Sometimes I’m a bit self-conscious about my nipples showing, but I still never wear a bra.

You should go braless only if you’re less than an A or more than a C cup.

If women want to go bra less at any boobs size that’s their own damn business.   I personally don’t like going bra less, because it hurts when they bounce around, but if I was smaller I’d probably do it a lot

I am one of those who is far too big. 30G. Not only does it look embarrassing and unflattering(they don’t sag, but they don’t exactly stand up by themselves either…), but it hurts my back. I’ve always wanted to wear backless dresses/tops. Oh well.

On one hand I do luvs me some boobies, but on the other hand I can understand how a woman might be offended at a waitress bending over with hard nipples in front of her hubby/boyrfriend.  But anyone who is offended that this is happening anywhere in the world or offended at pictures on the internet is an idiot (or is looking down on people to fulfill a pathological need).

The only thing that concerns me is thinking of the possibility of my boyfriend seeing one of these brave bra-less females.  Especially in my presence  #awkward.
