The Disney star-making machine is no secret. Ever since the Mickey Mouse Club it seems like a pass is given to every child chosen by Disney to skip the lines and meteor right to sparkly stardom. Some of its candidates have been mind-blowing, defying doubt and using total immersion marketing to get its stars to the top, not matter what. And with a few exceptions, they really do have an eye for who’s a kid destined for sustainable stardom, if there really exists such a thing, so I thought we’d catch up with some of our favorites from then and now and see what the Disney machine really produced after all these years.
Some have garnered more criticism than others, but the bottom line is these Disney stars are crying all the way to the bank. Take a look at our slideshow of just some of the faces Disney has given us over the years. Enjoy!

Fact: There was a Mickey Mouse Clubber named Matt Morris. He has gone on to be an excellent singer. He’s not huge, but he’s been on Ellen and such. Give him a listen, he’s great!

Oh, Come on, Lovelyish!!!! Why’d you let me down with this post?? How can you forget J.C. Chasez?? And how can you forget his rendition of “Now & Forever” with Tony Lucca? I mean *SWOON*
And what about Keri Russell and Nikki Deloach who plays Jenna’s mom in MTV’s Awkward?
Also Jennifer Love Hewitt and Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson who were on Kids, Incorporated?

They should do this for Nickelodeon!!! I miss Nickelodeon in the 80′s and 90′s, especially the “Are You Afraid Of The Dark” Crew. Nick Cannon made a channel dedicated to old Nickelodeon shows but, it’s not the same because I am no longer a kid
