And it’s exciting! Truly wearable pieces that flow like you want them to for spring, airy tunics, sweet dresses, and a whole lot of white! There’s certainly something to be said for trading your winter uniform of dark-on-dark for something that fits your mood. I know I already see some pieces I’m going to have to snatch up one way or another. Take a look at the runway after the cut.
The collection spans comfy resort wear to office-appropriate silhouettes in cool neutrals contrasted with sherbet colors including a universally flattering dusty coral. I think the element I enjoy the most about the collection is the way they’ve chosen to play with some unexpected silhouettes. No skinny jeans here. But drop-waisted dresses, chiffon volume and lightweight tunics over wide-leg trousers make this collection something new and bright. Speaking of bright, brace yourself for a chartreuse number at the end — love!
What do you think of the collection preview? Did H&M hit the mark this season?

I’m a huge fan of H&M. Whenever I pass by a store I just HAVE to browse, and I always end up buying something. However, nothing about this new collection piques my interest. The outfits aren’t very figure-flattering as some of the clothes hang like drapes on the models. Some of them are okay, but not my style because of the all-white or off-white color ensembles. The purple dress is a nice color, but the way it’s shaped makes it look like a purple, knee-high Kendo robe ><.
I’m SURE that when the entire collection releases, it’ll stray from the concept they have going on (as shown in the video).

I love white.

Eh. It’s not to my taste. A bit frumpy and boring.

I really like that white vest but I don’t actually have any because I’m not much of a “vest person.”
