Our good friends at Scentsy were kind enough to give me the chance to try out some of their stocking-stuffer-sized offerings in preparation for the holidays this year. They have a variety of options under $10 for anyone on your list. I had the pleasure of sampling three of their mini scentsations: the Travel Tin, the Scent Pak and their Room Spray. Behind the cut you’ll find my personal takes on each of the three products and how they might aid in your gift-giving this season.

The Scent Pak. I kept this little guy in my backpack and it was actually a little too much in such a small space. I was able to move it to a bigger bag and it worked a lot better. I had the Vanilla Cream fragrance and it was buttery to the max. I’d keep this in my closet or in a chest to keep mustiness from creeping in. It can also serve as a kind of “hint-hint” for your boo that his gym sneakers might need some help.

The Room Spray.

I used the Cinnamon Vanilla scent in my apartment. Again, major scent punch. This isn’t for small enclosed places. If you used this in an airplane someone would be likely to kill you, but it did totally abolish the cat’s litter box stench and the scent lingered for a long while. Don’t be fooled by the size of the bottle. It’s enough to really last.

The Travel Tin.

This was my favorite of the Scentsy on-the-go gifts I found. I kept this little baby in the center console of my car — the scent is Clean Breeze — just slightly ajar and was welcomed with a blast of fresh linen-y smells whenever I opened the door. My boyfriend was put off by the smell, saying it was powdery and reminded him of diapers, but it hit a sweet spot in my heart. It smelled like the old starch my mom used to use when she ironed, and it made everything feel clean and refreshed. That’s why it’s my car and not his!

If you’re at a total loss about someone on your list, there’s just something nice and categorically unoffensive about a scented gift. It’s the sort of thing you don’t think of for yourself, but when you get it as a gift, you’re pretty stoked. They have tons of other stuff on their website, scent warmers and what not. Check out all of Scentsy’s fabulous and affordable gifts by visiting their website to find the Scentsy consultant nearest you.

Their other gifts under $10 include:

Scent Circles

Fragrance Foam

Have you tried Scentsy before? Which of these would you stuff in someone’s stocking?
