Online stationery company Paperless Post has teamed up with the twins’ Olsenboye line to create some Russian-themed holiday greetings.

Ever style-forward, the Olsens’ company enlisted fashion bloggers Paper Fashion, My Closet in Sketches and Beckerman Bite Plate to design the cards. Paperless Post produced them in a digital format that’s free to all. You send the designs here. [via Racked]

Personally, I’m a bit disappointed in these. The first two don’t really reflect the talents of their artists and look incredibly rushed and juvenile, but not in a quirky way. And I’m really not getting much of a Russian vibe here. Okay, every person in the world who wants to make something more Russian throws in some nesting dolls and calls it a day, so I guess the first one is appropriate, but I’m drawing the line at sticking some onion domes at the bottom of a picture and trying to pass it off as a Russian-inspired card. And I guess we’re supposed to associate the last one with the Russian ballet? Maybe?

What do you think of the cards? Are you going to send any of them to your friends?
