The blue scraps of cloth are amazing, but IMO the tassels are distracting. Too bright, too wide.

I think the picture got the dress in an unflattering position. If she was posed normally with the white tassles ying down, it would probably look beaut.

I kind of love it.  And I’m not feeling like it’s racy for the sake of being racy, but rather FASHIONy for the sake of being FASHIONy (formatting intended).  I mean, it’s not like we can see inappropriate portions of skin . . . 

You have to take into context the event – if she were posing for some regular, day-time charity event, that’s one thing.  But she’s posing for GG – the very thing that made her famous.  I say a bit of daring is appropriate here!

Blech, tassles. I don’t care how risque it would make the dress, the tassles gotta go!! I think it would be pretty damn cute otherwise, provided that no lady spots could be seen through it.

I can’t understand why they picked a picture of her mid-stride to judge this dress by, it makes me think the white in the back sticks out like poorly formed wings. But I do love the dress when it’s still, I think it would fall gorgeously on her. I don’t think it’s very racy at all, compared to all of the things that are out there that she could have worn…

The dress itself is beautifully sculpted. But the tassles are one of those “what were they thinking” moments. Blake looks gorgeous as always!

she doesn’t have the vava-voom sofia vergara bod and attitude to wear this dress.

personally I LOVE Marchesa, and right now am kinda obsessed with fringe/tassels. So I think the dress is gorgeous. LOVE! I would do a lot of things to be able to own that dress

Ew. Just because she has a good body, doesn’t mean ANYTHING will look good on her.

C’mon ladies, those aren’t tassels, it is a very long fringe!  Hahaha, either way, I don’t think this is flattering on her (because of the fringe).  I don’t like tassels or fringe, but I like the blue color.  Maybe if it weren’t sooooo sheer.

Just, no… that’s definitely a miss. She’s just too pretty to be wearing that.
