Growing up I always imagined ways to live in the cartoon worlds on TV, like in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and Wackyland from Tiny Toons. The impossible realities of animation were always just out of reach. Seeing these new handbags from JumpFromPaper made me laugh out loud with nostalgia. It’s hard to deny the humor in them, but first you have to convince your mind to believe your eyes. Have a look. 


The site boasts its creative and distinctive bags are “Seriously Ridiculous,” and I can’t agree more. You’d have to be a pretty confident and wacky individual to really rock one of these, but the concept is brilliant and well-executed. Designing duo Chay Su and Rika Lin wanted to bring their two-dimensional drawings to life, and the result is dead-on. They look small but are roomy, some even big enough for a laptop.
