One word: Methamphetamine.

It almost looks like finger nail polish on her hands.  But I’d say this is what drugs and bad oral hygiene do to you in your mid-twenties.

anyway i know i like lindsay but i’m not just being biased here, give her a chance. she’s an awesome actress & so beautiful. everyone has that happen to them. the hand thing, idk..!

@MissAshley - i’m actually surprised too & i sure hope it doesn’t happen. i was so sad when brittany murphy died, i loved her. it’s too bad they let drugs screw them up..(idk if brittany did, but lindsay is)

Eww, she’s doing meth! That is the quickest way to ruin your teeth more than anything! It literally eats away at the enamel and rots your teeth. They become like chalk and break off, but not before turning brown or black… What the heck is she thinking? After spending all of that money to look like a totally different person by changing her lips, cheeks, ect, now she’s risking her teeth. That is just so sad to me. How could anyone think this kind of thing is worth losing your teeth over? I guess she has porcelain veneers in her future, which will make her look even less like her old self.

Idk.. Whats up with Lovelish?.. Apparently its just a gossip website.. But if you guys knew ANYTHING about drugs, you’d know that would be why her teeth are like that….. Its not even as bad as most druggies though.. My brothers teeth were literally falling out when he was into drugs..

Nail Polish maybe, also looks like she was turning her own wine with the dark discoloration of her hands aside from the nail polish like streaks.

The teeth, appear to be meth-mouth to me. My dad suffers from it from when he used meth as a teenager/ young man, (way before I was born, he is an amazing person and father now)

@PerfectSkinnyGirl@xanga - it’s not so much the teeth color as how much shorter her teeth have gotten because all of her enamel has worn away. Also when your enamel wears away your teeth get darker.

I agree either meth or super intense bulimia.

@PerfectSkinnyGirl@xanga - Brittney Murphy died of from a combination of Pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia and prescription drugs. Apparently the drugs were prescribed for certain health issues she had including medicine to prevent seizures. Months later mold was found in her house after her husband, Simon Monjack  also died of Pneumonia and the cause for their sickness was apparently caused because of mold in the house. Very sad because it could have been prevented. Sadly, these are signs of Meth use. I can’t imagine what a person is going through in order to have to turn to something like Meth. I’ve heard that Lindsey Lohan has borderline personality disorder. She’s not different then any other person alive. 

@livefastbleedslow@xanga - you can smoke meth? You can also smoke crack. But haven’t you ever heard of “Meth Mouth”. It looks just like her teeth do in the beginning stages. You also bruise much easier and pick at your skin, like shown. I have a neighbor who’s a meth addict. She’s in rehab right now. 

I saw a bigger picture of her hand, and it’s totally just nail polish. This is a ridiculous rumor.

@FallingSafely@xanga - just because i’ve heard of something doesn’t make me automatically think that’s it. you can also shoot or snort meth. and yes i’ve heard of meth mouth. it’s just funny to hear everyone say meth meth meth when a majority of them have never seen it, been near it, or know much about it. all drugs damage your teeth and all smokeable ones cause blackened fingers due to the charring on the outside of the pipe. i was just wondering why everyone assumes it’s meth. 

@livefastbleedslow@xanga - because it’s the “in” drug now. It’s easy to find and produce. And the first person said it, so everyone followed. I’ve been in rehabs, and I’ve come across a lot of meth addicts, but barely any crack addicts. And a lot of that new bath salts crap and pain pill poppers. 

@FallingSafely@xanga - ah, true i suppose the mindless sheep mentality played a part. and the fact that it’s well known. very good point. i’m sure most people are just regurgitating what they learned in D.A.R.E.. my best friend shot meth for years (he’s way older than me). and he smoked crack. and shot damn near everything he could. i’ve been in (all as a patient) 1 detox, 1 methadone clinic (8months), on the drug corners (purchasing, not selling), a suboxone doctor, 1 rehab and a second IOP. i’m more experienced than i’d like to admit. which is why i kind of laughed when i saw all the “meth, definitely” comments, haha.

@livefastbleedslow@xanga - I have never in my life been on one illegal drug. But I am surrounded by them. Left and right. I have a good friend who used heroin and prostituted herself for the money for it. Ended up with HIV and Hep C. I have a severe mental illness and every time I talk to a psychiatrist he’s like “com’n really? Nothing? Nothing at all?” Nope NOTHING.  I’ve been in rehabs, simply because they had no beds anywhere else. And of course schizophrenia is like one huge, massive trip. Why would you have to take drugs? haha.

But I understand why people do drugs. I cannot count the nights that all I wanted to do was get high. I have been high before. I took GHB for a few weeks under medicinal use till it landed me in a psychotic episode. I’ve been prescribed adderall, xanax, valium. But I know my family history, I know my risk with the mental illness and I usually refuse to take anything that will cause dependence. I refuse so badly, that I am 24 and I have never even been drunk. Because I know it will take ONE time to convince me that’s exactly what I need to make my life better. It’s a temporary relief and then you’re looking for your next fix. It doesn’t fix anything. Unfortunately. I tried to learn from other’s mistakes and it’s working so far.

yeah, she’s a definite mess, and we’ve seen so many examples of this over the past few years, but whether she’s walking out of a club with cocaine on herself or falling over drunk in the street, it’s really not anyone’s concern, apart from hers.

even if she turned herself around completely and became some Mother Theresa-like figure, people are STILL going to find something to rag on about her, or some flaw to pick at.
no one would be prepared to give her a chance, anyway.

i’m not a fan of LiLo, no, but i’m getting tired of the tabloids and the public tearing her to shreds over everything.
