Opaque Full Tights, $14.90 or Two for $22.35 at Express

I love colored tights. I own a few pairs, and they really amp up your wardrobe in almost any weather. I put them under denim shorts for an edgy touch of color, or under a cute dress for an intensified feminine look. I even wear them under gym shorts when I work out, during those times of year when it’s too cold to wear shorts in the gym, but too hot for sweats.

Unfortunately, because of my height, it’s hard to find cute tights that will actually fit. Too many times, I have received tights as gifts from well-meaning friends, only to take them out of the package and find that they only come about three-fourths of the way to my waist. It’s a tough world for us tall girls!

But fear not, my fellow tights aficionados, for I bring you tights from Express! 

These tights have enough fabric that they’ll fit shorter girls as well as us taller girls. Better yet, they’re really a quality pair of tights – they feel great, and they’re very hard to ruin, unlike various other tights I’ve had that seemed to snag the first time I wore them.

Some might consider these a little pricey, but for the use I’ve gotten out of them (I wear a pair at least once a week!), it’s more than worth it. When I have the money, I’m definitely going to buy more colors!
