On the video shoot of her new single, “We Found Love,” Rihanna gradually went from a flannel shirt, to a stars-and-stripes bikini, to topless. And seeing Rihanna half-naked didn’t sit well with the Northern Ireland farmer who let her shoot on his land. Awkward!
Farmer Alan Graham enforced a dress code as he watched Rihanna shoot her video Monday in his wheat field east of Belfast. She’s in Northern Ireland this week to perform three concerts. Graham said, “I had a conversation with Rihanna. I hope she understands where I’m coming from. We shook hands.”
I don’t think that it could’ve been all that bad. But at the end of the day, it was someone else’s land, and Rihanna respectfully changed back. Still, I can only imagine the look of this guy’s face when he turned around and saw Rihanna half-naked! He definitely wasn’t ready for that!

Go Irishman! I agree with the farmer. She shouldn’t have assumed she could just get topless on land she’s borrowing. Sure, it’s for a video, but I prefer respect. Respect by not taking off your top on someone’s land, and I’m glad she respected his wishes.

Good for her for not pulling a diva move and being respectful by complying with his request.
And good for him for having standards and standing up for them.
