Something screams tablecloth.

I love it XD It’s not modern or chic at all but I love stuff like this anyway.

It’s a miss for me. It’s too busy and for one dress (as conservative or grandma looking as it is) there is too much going on. It’s should highlight Taylor but it kinda drowns her out. Which is a pity because the main lace part looks like it would be a cute dress-the rest is extra and should have been left off.

It would be a prettier dress if the skirt were less full.

The skirt is a little too long, the mesh sleeves are a little too much. 

Mmmmmm.  Nooooo.  

It says “Grandma” to you because it makes her hips look wide, when they aren’t. If it was a slightly different style, one that hugged her hips more to accentuate how small she is, she would look glamorous as per usual.

Ew! I love Taylor Swift and usually I adore her fashion but this is a definite no in my book.

Does ANYONE know if she has had her HAIR chopped? O.o

Dear God, that’s something Helen Mirren should wear! Neck up, she looks good though. But that dress was a bad choice.

I LOVE the whole look. She pulls it off. If I were to wear it, it would have to be cut above the knees.

Miss, it looks like lacey curtains…that my grandma had.

Seriously, if I wore this dress, I would look like an Amish person. But somehow, Taylor seems to pull it off.

I think it’s gorgeous, elegant and classy! I think this dress contains a lot of class and she’s stunning but at the same time classy looking! I think she would turn heads =) in a dress like this

Get rid of the sleeves, and pick one of the fabrics to have a color (either the trimming/waist or the sheer fabric on her chest/collar), and it’d be awesome. Otherwise, miss.

I oddly kind of like it, then I again I graduate in 6 months with my masters in Library Science, so the library look always appeals to me

I love it. I like “grandma” looking clothes though ahah. Also, it makes her look like she actually has some shape to her!

If it was shorter perhaps, the top part seems like a little much to me as well.

Ehhhhhhh. It makes her look wider than she is. she and I are the same height and I know she’s about 3 sizes smaller than I am. That dress makes her look my size.

I love it! But I think I would love it a lot more if it was a bit shorter. 

I actually like it on her, but I can see it getting many more thumbs up if the sleeves were gone.

It says Victorian to me. It’s pretty. I like it.

I’m really into “old lady” stuff, like floral patterns and lace and vintagey stuff, but this just.. no.

Maybe on someone else I would like it. Too me it makes her proportions look odd and her hips bigger though.

It doesn’t compliment her. I like the idea of the dress, but it needs to be more flattering. This makes her look like a poodle.

i like it, just not for a stroll around the block. if it’s for a themed music video or costume for a movie set in the 50′s lol

The lace work is beautiful.  I’d rip off the sleeves, wear it with combat boots and a leather jacket, and spike up my hair a little.  That would clear up any grandma resemblance.

I love lace, and I love Taylor, but this dress is not flattering on her at all. She is so slender and beautiful, but this dress makes her figure look just very boxy… Like she has no figure.
But what horrifies me in this picture is that her hair looks like it has been cut!

I think I would like it more if the color was different.
