It seems like sports and fashion are coming together more often than expected these days, and I'm totally okay with that.
The New York Times Style Magazine, T, decided to put Portuguese soccer star, Cristiano Ronaldo, on the cover of their Men's Fashion issue. But, that's not all. The issue also includes one of the most popular Premier League teams, Manchester United. Sir Alex Ferguson and some his most popular players, past and present, look undeniably sexy as they play dress up in designer clothes and accessories.
The spread includes current squad captain, Nemanja Vidic, strikers Wayne Rooney and Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez, defender Rio Ferdinand, midfielder Michael Carrick, and former forward, Eric Cantona. I have to admit, the boys look much better than the models we usually see in fashion spreads.
The spread accompanies the fantastic article, "Man United!," which Tim Adams talks about the long history of Sir Alex Ferguson as Manchester United's manager, but most importantly, his ability to turn unknown players into million-dollar stars. A must-read for any Red Devils fan.
The issue is now available on news stands, and online.
So, Lovelies what do you think?
