i like nicoles style, not necessarily jessica’s but i guess jessica’s line caters to more variety..

A lot of people in life hate other people they know.  Who cares?  And why is it my business?  I don’t know the above people.  lol

They definitely have different styles, but I feel like they’d be able to accept each other’s style differences. This is silly.

I wish that the worst part of my day was hating on someone because I didn’t think a pair of shoes was considered “fashionable.”

I agree with the comments about what Jessica allegedly said/feels.  That being said, I didn’t even know Nicole Richie had a line.

I don’t really care.  If they want to hate each other, then let them hate each other.  At least they’ll get more viewers on their show for the feud between them.  

While this is stupid and immature, I think Jessica Simpson is a complete and utter bitch. I could write a dissertation on how much I hate her.

So I guess I’m Team Nicole. Not just for this, but for life in general. (And only because she made me laugh in The Simple Life).

@kidoncocaine@xanga - as bitchy as jessica might’ve been, nicole has been far worse, immature, irresponsible when she drove drunk on the wrong side of the freeway while endangering innocent peoples’ lives, then barely getting punished for it. although nicole has changed now, jessica hasn’t been on that level of immaturity as her via d.u.i.

I think Jessica has better style, Nicole’s style is cute, but it’s ugly on her.

I don’t get it. We don’t know Jessica Simpson or Nicole Richie personally so unless they tell us on National Television we can’t really judge… this could be a made up gossip tabloid no offense. 

Both of their clothes are hit and miss with me. 

@P0RCELA1N_D0LL@xanga - yeah, you’re right actually. i guess i just don’t care about them at people, so i just look at who made me laugh more, which in this case, is nicole. but i still get the vibe that jessica is trying to give out this “squeaky clean” image, when she’s really nowhere near as innocent as she’s trying to make herself look. it’s hollywood, i’m sure she’s done her fair share of wrong-doings as well. but yeah, i see your point about nicole.

assuming that this is true, i would definitely say that nicole is more stylish and trendy but jessica also shouldn’t care what nicole thinks because no one should let people’s negativity affect them.

I dunno.  You can make a lot of money, Jessica, by selling oversized clothes to oversized people, that don’t look like trailer trash.  There’s a lot of oversized people nowadays.  I take Nicole’s side.  She has the eye for it.  But you don’t need to be intelligent to put some nice designs on clothes that fit everyone to make a billion bucks.   “Tuna? Chicken of the sea?  Is it chicken!?!!?” Yes Jessica, you are so bright.

anyhoot, both of their comments are correct, honestly.  jessica has some hot shoes *every once in a while,* but nicole is actually hot, so i’m team nicole forever.

Her shoes are in warehouse factory for $50 — her stuff arent even considered high end

While Nicole has her jewelry line ( and not a lot of people knows about it) a single piece of jewelry goes for $100 that most people cant afford

Eh, past history of Nicole Richie’s fashion sense has proven that she has none. When she resurrected her physique (leading to eventual anorexia, if I may add), she got a stylist to upgrade herself too. I doubt half of her fashion choices were of her own choosing. 

On the other hand, as “dumb” as JS seems, she knows innately what looks good on most women, and where to market her line. Not to mention, a lot of her merchandise is really comfortable and fitted for women. Her shoes are for those who wants design with functionality. 

What is “high-fashion” anyways if not branding an item with an elusive name? Although I would concede that some high end fashion brands do deliver on promises with marksmanship, durability and construction. Nicole Richie though… I don’t believe she has anything relatively that remarkable.
