If FOX didn’t do this intentionally, they could have cut out the scenes where students didn’t know anything about football and use the ones where students did know (if they had any scenes, like I said, I couldn’t watch the whole thing.)

Though this is funny, it is NOT appropriate as a “news segment,” or to be shown by any serious news show. This is disgusting.

I didn’t think it was very tasteful, but I’m not going to lie, I did laugh at first. Then I realized that every student was Asian. It would’ve been funny if it was a bunch of people from different races that knew nothing about football.

Knowing a thing or two about football doesn’t take half a brain. Its kind of like being pretty.

I hate Fox.  Way before this tasteless segment.  They are known for their biased news, catering to the “All American” conservative people who are scared of changing the United States into a more equal-opportunity land.  If you’ve read the Rolling Stone article, all of Fox News is based on one man’s opinion and racist (or should I say paranoid) point of view (past and current).

I am urging you, all of you, to turn away from Fox News for your news source.  Anything is better than biased news.  Others that I recommend to stay away from is Huffington Post, Washington Post, Wallstreet Journal, and WorldNetDaily.com.  Pure crap.  If I have just eliminated all the sources in which you get your news, please try out these:

Google News
Reddit
Pharyngula Science Blog – although it may be a blog, he links you to all the news article he’s writing about, and you can read it for yourself and make up your own mind.

This was probably the lamest sports segment I’ve ever seen… It wasn’t funny or anything.

@buddy71@xanga - You could almost say the same for UW.  We’re pretty heavy on the Asian population here as well.  As for Colorado and Utah joining… Ahahahah!!  They’re going to get their asses kicked by USC.  USC brings that shit home all day long.  If not them, the Ducks will pound their shitter in.  

The fact that they are trying to make fun of USC and the Asian population makes me change the channel to sportcenter or something else equally non relevant to local sports.  

This and Jay Leno’s jaywalking segments. It’s good TV… NOT!!!

This wasn’t very funny, but I can see where he’s coming from. Think about it, guys. If he had interviewed Asian students who spoke fluent/unaccented English/not foreign students (which I imagine is over ~90% of the Asian USC community), they would realize that this is FOX and probably out-wit the guy in every aspect of life. And FOX wouldn’t want that.

The foreign students probably could’ve done the same thing in their native languages too. Not to mention they’re probably a million times smarter than Oschack seeing as they’re studying at a top university in a language that was not their first.

Nice…I think you took that the wrong way completely. And no I have no idea about any of those things. Including being pretty. I was trying to say that if they wanted to have an interest in football that they could, it isn’t rocket science. They just have other things to be doing. And that isn’t a bad thing.
