Rapper and recent VMA-winner Nicki Minaj wants to be the godmother of the baby of power couple Jay-Z and Beyoncé and with all of those plush toys in her VMA outfit, she’ll have plenty of toys to give to her new godchild. 

According to MTV, the Pink Barbie called first dibs on being the godmother of H.O.V.A. and Miss B’s baby, saying “My baby, Beyoncé! I will be the godmother!” in an interview done after the MTV VMAs.

Beyoncé famously announced her pregnancy at this past Sunday’s VMAs, first on the red carpet, then officially on-air and on-stage during her performance of “Love On Top.”

So, this child has Jay-Z and Beyoncé as his/her talented and successful parents, and potentially Nicki Minaj as his/her godmother? Now, that’s a good deal!
