I'm a huge, HUGE mint fan. Mojitos, gum, Thin Mints, you name it; I even dig the taste of toothpaste. Unsurprisingly, then, if you combine mint with chocolate?


A lot of MCC recipes call for tons of green food coloring to get that nice green aesthetic going, but you can always skip it if you're not a fan of artificial dye.
