I think she was going for glamorous pin-up girl instead of sleezy “sexy”. I think pin-up make up, less tulle, and a ballerina bun instead of the cap that looks like sparkly panties may have gotten her an I (incomplete) instead of an F.

i don’t think she looks too bad.. the thing on her head looks more like a mask than a tiara..
the only thing wrong with her dress is that it looks extra poufy at the back, kinda like a tail. that just looks silly.but other than that, she could’ve dressed worse!

If the author had mentioned the fact that the theme for this costume lingerie party was Kandyland, many of you guys commenting would definitely not regard this as a “fashion fail.” Actually Paris’ outfit is more conservative than the majority of the attendees who attend the parties at the mansion– at least from what I’ve seen anyways. Would you wear a suit or a long evening gown when attending a lingerie party? Probably not.

I think she look really cute, aside from the little whater it is she has on her head. But I am all for the ballerina tutu look so, I guess that’s why. Plus she’s Paris Hilton she can pull it off.
