Katy was trying to go blonde but because she had dark hair, she had to lighten it and it results in red. So when you bleach dark hair, it goes red first before you can get to blonde. lol. If you did it all at once, your hair would be completely fried. I would know.

I like her as a brunette more BUT she is still awesome.
This reminds me of my old best friend. She dyed her hair black repeatedly for two years, then last week she bleached half of it so now it’s white :’) lol @ having no common sense.
Katys dress is so pretty! I usually don’t like straps that are that thick but I love this dress!

They are the best couple!
FYI: she is in the process of turning it blonde. It is very easy to turn dark hair into red hair. It is crazy hard to go straight from dark to blonde.
I love Russell’s hair. All guys should grow their hair long =)

Uhm, so I have naturally dark brown hair … but I have been dying it red since I was 13. NO I did NOT have to bleach it or slowly dye it to my desired color..it turned the color I wanted. Never had any issues. I’m now 19, almost 20 my hair is NOT fried (I recently had to go back to my natural color though -sob- because it was too expensive to dye my hair every 3 months (its long) and I plan on having a baby, so my roots would be horrible)
Katy looks lovely with any color hair. Like her, I’ve also done the blue and pink..etc etc.
