I don’t see how the umbilical chord thing is really relevant… My dad didn’t cut either of his kids’ and he’s an amazing dad. So, seriously stop adding shit in just to make people seem worse.

It seems like kind of petty accusations. I don’t really know anything about her, but it seems like she was trying to rile him up a little bit and make people think he’s a bad person. No use crying over spilled milk.

I think Bristol should change her “got pregnant despite using a condom” to “got pregnant because I didn’t know how to apply a condom properly while drunk”

I’m sure it’s true, other than the condom bit.  Also, it’s not such a horrible thing that he didn’t cut the cord, it’s just bad the manner in which he refused.

I think she’s lying about using condoms, unless he didn’t put in on right or they didn’t use it the whole time during, which is just retarded on all levels.

I’d believe it, but she may be exaggerating. I also think she’s lying about her sexual history to make herself sound better. A lot of women do it. “No, of course you’re the only one I’ve had sex with. No, it doesn’t make a difference that my mom is listening. No, I’m not saying it to avoid sounding like a slut.” We all know the drill. Everyone tends to lie about their sexual histories. Men overrepresent that amount of partners they’ve had, women underrepresent. This is a well-known phenomenon. So I’m going to assume the Bristol is lying when she says Levi is the first guy she had sex with, got pregnant on her first try, and did so while wearing a condom. It’s possible, but hard to believe.

This girl talks out both sides of her mouth. She says all this shit but didnt she PUBLICALLY get back with him for all of 3 weeks without telling her family? Then she’s gonna play it up in the media saying how she got played & she’s waiting to have sex again with the man she’ll marry.

I cant stand Bristol because she constantly refers to her pregnancy as either a situation or some other thing. Yes we get it was an accidental pregnancy but still, using your son for sympathy & photo ops isnt going to help you. “Oh it’s so hard working as a single mom”. Really? Are you serious? You’re (over)paid to do appearances, you did DwtS, interviews & now write burn books. There are single moms working 2 & 3 jobs to support their kids but they dont bitch & whine like you do & they have it worse off.

I said this on people.com but it bears repeating: If you’re gonna shit talk your ex, what does that make YOU for sleeping with them? I feel so bad for her son. He’s gonna see & hear all this shit between his parents & be so humiliated. Bristol’s whole family just uses the media for everything, it’s sad.

I believe her. If she hadn’t had much alcohol before, then it’s very possible she could’ve gotten drunk off them.

I’m not saying she isn’t fibbing a wee bit but remember that condoms are only 98% effective with perfect, consistent use and only 85% effective with typical use. So the possibility of using a condom and still getting pregnant exists either through a malfunction in the condom or poor usage. Just sayin’.

Additionally what doesn’t make you drunk will make someone else drunk. Everyone has individual alcohol and other drug tolerances.

but if Bristol’s looking for sympathy, she’s going to be disappointed– she is responsible for her body and the actions that may affect it, so she’s definitely just as much to blame. neither of them seem to have very much respect for each other.

We are all allowed to make mistakes growing up. We learn from our mistakes–hopefully. 

So, condoms CAN break you know. And you don’t always feel it. There’s no use in questioning whether or not they did use one, really, we’ll never truly know. Besides, it’s not my life and it doesn’t affect me.
As for what else she said, sure I’ll believe her. That’s largely because I don’t care even if she did make it up.

Well, I can see where some people don’t want to cut the cord because of their fear of blood or whatnot. (You never know.) I had a co worker who would get faint whenever she was around near blood because she had a fear of blood. (We work with kids.)

But both of them have to be responsible because now they have a kid together.

lubricated condoms can sometimes easily slip off near the tip, so his sperm can spill out, just saying then it’ll leak everywhere, and when the couple is in the moment or the lights are off or something else, then they might not notice the condom slipped and continue going at it, so she can still get pregnant. or they noticed the condom slipped and corrected it, but some sperm already managed to escape since it isn’t an air tight seal. that’s why being on birth control as an extra backup contraceptive is more ideal, but their own choice and responsiblity.

I’m picturing him saying it in an obnoxious, jerk way, which is probably how he said it. With that being said. He was already a jerk. The umbilical cord thing didn’t add or take away.

And based on all the other things that Levi has done it probably would have been said in an arrogant and jerky-ish way. I mean…he’s a jerk. And your dad’s not. And that’s absolutely great! That’s a rare thing these days. You and I are blessed to have the dads that we do. And unfortunately Bristol hooked up with a jerk, and her child won’t get the same blessing that we did.

It might be because I’m a huge Gleek, but it sounds like Bristol is stealing Quinn’s story line… Got drunk off of wine coolers, lost her virginity and got pregnant… suspicious.

@MissPixieGlitter@xanga - Ok, beer has the same amount of alcohol & I’ve see people get ridiculously trashed on just a few. If you have enough & not a very good tolerance, of course you can get drunk off of them. Also, wine coolers are often very sugary which can dehydrate you faster & lead you to feeling drunk quicker due to more dehydration & blood sugar spikes.
