It looks really frumpy and cheap.
From what I can tell of her body (this frumpy mess mostly hides it, which seems to be a shame)… there are many, many much more flattering things she could do.

This outfit is really frumpy! Why on earth would you chase somebody down the street who was wearing socks and a jacket mid summer?
I would never dream of wearing socks with any type of ordinary shoe (okay with trainers and trakkie bottoms), but there again we do have fashion sense in the UK rather than throwing any old rubbish together

I like everything except the shoes/socks. I also don’t really get why she’s wearing a jacket in the summer but it’s a cute outfit nonetheless.
