We all know Lady Gaga can sing, play piano, walk around in genitalia shaped shoes and pull off a carnivore’s dream dress like nobody’s business.
But under all of her funky outfits, Gaga’s got a rockin’ bod that she worked hard to get. Here’s some tips from her trainer, Harley Pasternak, who’s also responsible for some of Hollywood’s other buff bodies (Katy Perry, Halle Berry and Robert Pattinson, just to name a few).
- Don’t starve yourself - Pasternak recommends eating five times a day. Comparing metabolism to a windmill, he never wants his clients to go hungry, but wants them to keep their “machine” running: “Small gusts of wind throughout the day keep the windmill constantly spinning. It’s a more effective machine.”
- You only need 5 minutes to eat healthy - Seriously! Pasternak says, “My recipes take five minutes to make. They’re five ingredients or less and you dont have to starve yourself.”
- Make sure all of your meals have five certain things in them – Protein, fiber, healthy carbs, a healthy fat and a sugar-free beverage.

Yep, because all of those tips have something to do with working out.
I was hoping for some good workout moves or something. These are fairly common knowledge to people who are even somewhat concerned with being healthy.

Yes. These are some of the basic rules of clean eating, although it looks like he’s trying to sell his own processed energy bar.

I don’t need tips from a trainer. I’m losing weight on my own
It seems pretty basic.
