Zooey Deschanel launched a new website for women today called Hello Giggles, and it just went live with content a couple hours ago.

From the site’s About page:

Founded by actress/musician Zooey Deschanel, producer Sophia Rossi and blogger/Internet Sensation Molly McAleer, hellogiggles.com is the ultimate entertainment destination for smart, independent and creative females. Everything hosted on the site will be lady-friendly, so visitors need not worry about finding the standard Boys Club content that makes many entertainment sites unappealing to so many of us.

Articles on the site right now include Glee recaps, “Top 10 best outfits in Disney films,” and “An Open Letter To Whoever is Responsible for Dressing the Mannequins at Free People Stores.” So far it seems like the quirky pixie girl version of Gwyneth Paltrow’s GOOP!
