Yeah lost weight.  Though she could have cheated and lost the weight through lipo, but either way doesn’t really look like plastic surgery on her face or anything.

Weight loss AND plastic surgery. Her chin is longer = chin implant. She also seems to have cheek implants.

Weight loss. Excess skin generally shrinks rapidly for young people. She is a young person.

I think that since her cheeks haven’t lose any volume and her chin and neck have lost a lot, she could have had lipo on her neck/chin. . .or she just lost weight. Either way it doesn’t really matter.

I think its just weight loss. She’s been losing weight regardless, and her chin has been shrinking. Also, I think it looks more drastic from certain angles, because in some of the pictures from the gala it wasn’t this severe. Plus, she may have also had training on how to hold her face, which would create an additional noticeable difference to the weight loss.

For many people, especially women, the face is the first place the lose weight from. 

Whatever she did, she looks beautiful.

She probably just lost some weight or it’s weight distribution.  I used to have a bit of a double chin too even though I’ve always been petite, but it went away in college.  It’s like losing some baby fat.

well it’s definitely changed. But she could have exercised. Or she could have had a issue that made her face blow up. There’s many issues that end up with people having excess water. Many people going through chemo, their face blows up. People with hormonal issues. People with salt deficiencies. People with bulimia nervosa. The list goes on.

look at her chin. its still uneven.. in both pics it slopes to the right… so im gonna go with she lost weight… because if she has plastic surgery they would have evened out her chin you’d think

@glamoration@xanga - I didn’t know the first place you lost weight was your face but now that I think about it..it makes sense. I’ve gotten on comments on how thin my face is(I guess that’s how to track my weight loss as well)

i’m going with weight loss here. it doesn’t have the overly dramatic look that plastic surgery usually has.

I would say no; her whole face is thinner, not just her jawline. She also started shaping her eyebrows differently.

People lose weight, they change their look. Why are celebrities always singled out for possibly having plastic surgery? If I lost weight and looked completely different, that wouldn’t be your first thought…would it?

She probably lost weight, but she also had surgery on her jaw. Not plastic surgery for cosmetic reasons, but more of a reconstructive surgery. There was an article on Yahoo! about it. It just happened to give her a whole new appearance or as some people commented through Yahoo!, “the Snookie look”.

They were talking about this on Chelsea Lately, she DID get plastic surgery. She said it was for a “necessary medical reason” I think she looked way better before!
