Well, I just got them today (in case you couldn’t tell by the still attached tag), but I think I’m in love.
The shorts are from Juicy Couture, but I got them for about half off on Hautelook.com a few weeks ago and they finally came in the mail today! There’s a bow belt, and tiny bows on each of the legs of the short. I can’t wait for it to be warm enough for me to break them out!
The awkward, but obligatory butt view– I think it shows that they’re a good length at least!
What do you think, Lovelies? Any suggestions of what type of top I should pair them with?

They are cute, but to be honest, if you had not told me I would not know that they are Juicy shorts. They are rather plain compared to juicy’s signature velvet and metallic print style. I think these shorts would look nice paired with a floral top, to liven them up a little bit.

they look like something i’d buy at old navy for 5$.

@SpOnTaNeOuS_sPiTbAlL@xanga - This. I really don’t get why people spend so much money on shorts that you can buy cheaper elsewhere. If I’m buying something designer, it has to be spectacular one of a kind.

realllllly dont like them! sorry!

I’m sorry, but I totally agree with the other people who posted. :[ They don’t really look too Juicy Couture-ish, and more like something a 5th grader would wear on a field trip, mostly because of the ties and bows. They look best from the butt-view ‘cus you can’t see the ties/bows as much that way
Not ‘cus I’m a pervert, lol.

Cute shorts. They look like they’d go well with a lot of different things.
@SpOnTaNeOuS_sPiTbAlL@xanga - Yeah, but that shit would be falling apart within six months. While it does seem silly to some to spend more money on things, the items I’ve splurged on are the ones I’m able to wear season after season. My Old Navy tops, while pretty and well-fitting for spring/summer, tend to pill and stretch and generally look crappy if I try to wear them next time summer comes around. Some people just like to get better quality, rather than having to buy the same item again next season because shopping at cheap stores means you get cheap quality. :/

not something i’d wear to be honest. but hey! you’re the one thats gonna wear them so no one elses opinion matters but yours

hmm.. i was expecting the shorts to look more… not plain? regardless, they seem comfy. a peasant blouse, embroidered tunic, or even a simple tank would pair well.

@blackspiders@xanga - all my clothes are cheap. i’ve had a lot of them since i was 16. i’m 21 now. maybe you just need to watch what your buying and care foor your clothes a little better

@glittershadow@xanga - i’d rather cut off my hand than pay for something that looks averagee but costs way more than it should. i’m with you!

Why are you girls bitching? The OP didn’t post how much she paid for it. She could have got it on sale for all we know.
And the shorts are cute

not my style, nice ass though.

Nice basic shorts with subtle embellishments.

I am all for paying more money for things that are of a better quality, but these look like they are equal quality to shorts from Old Navy. I doubt I (or anyone) else can tell the difference in person. If these somehow wound up in my wardrobe, I would pair them with a short sleeved button down shirt, or a sleeveless sweater.
