I imagine she spends so much time away from home that the need for such a huge (and expensive) place isn’t actually there… goes for all these people who think they need to spend so much for some show of status. I agree, no real personality; just a show-off place.

I’d be wayy to paranoid for that. 

Do they make houses completely open with no corners? If so. I’d buy that. haha

Are these show pics or pics of Kim’s house after she decorated? I agree the house needs more color but for all we know, this is what she wanted!

some realtors pre-decorate the house as a marketing technique to lure buyers, so maybe it wasn’t her own style that she chose, but she bought it anyway to save time on decorating it herself and it appealed to her, so she kept it as is. in any case, I wouldn’t mind a big place all of my own sure, I don’t technically need it, but if I was rich, why not the living room pic looks like a hotel suite and maybe that’s what she likes. the kitchen isn’t that impressive. my uncle’s house is only about $500k and his kitchen looks fancier, but his kitchen was custom picked. the other living room looks martha stewart inspired I don’t like it or hate it. the outside looks modest and cute, and reminds me of rabbit’s house from alice in wonderland. I’d paint the walls light pink in the 2nd pic and add some vibrant colored pillows or some funky wall art. and I’d buy some oddly shaped vases.

I like it. Simple yet elegant.

With an expensive house like that, I’d be afraid to eat in it.

It’s gorgeous. I wonder though… when you have that much money, do you get a mortgage? Hehe.

It’s beautiful, I love the exterior.  And I like the decor, but it does look very…contrived.  I mean, I think it’s very tasteful and I like it, but I would need more color and personality in my house, and lots of quirky vintage stuff.

i hope she did 2 mill worth of renovations and furniture to sell it at a higher price. lol The rooms are nice but sort of bland. more color!
