My girlfriend wants some new pillows for our couch. Here’s the thing: We already have pillows on the couch. Why do we need “new” ones?
I find the ones we have had for the past 3 years perfectly fine. At the end of the day, a pillow is a pillow and as long as it does it’s job, I don’t see the need to rush out and buy a new one.
By the way, were you aware of how expensive a pillow can be these days? We’re talking $40 and up! Again, why fix it if it isn’t broken?

Are you a lesbo? That’s hawt.
Make her buy them.

Maybe she’s bored with the pillows you have now and wants a change. I can understand because I would do the same thing since I’m always getting bored with simply things like that lol

perhaps she just wants a change/update in the style and look of it. you could always turn an old looking pillow into a new one simply by adding pins, brooches, etc. to it, or sew a cover sheet for it.

She probably just wants different decor. It’s still illogical and expensive though.

If this is supposed to be a joke post, shouldn’t it come from a joke account?

My bf and I recently bought new sleeping pillows because we realized we had been using the same ones since we moved in together 2 yrs. ago and they were NAAAASTYYY (we are talking flat and drool-stained). But as far decorative pillows….no couch, futon, or armchair = no need for decorative pillows.

Unless they are in bad condition or especially tacky-looking, don’t update them! If they look nice and she feels like she needs a change in decor, switch something else out that isn’t so expensive.

I love pillows. If I find a cheap comfy pillow that I like, I will buy it. But honestly, a pillow is a pillow. It’s function is to keep you comfortable while you sleep. I won’t go out and spend $40 on what $10 can take care of.
