This time, Justin Beiber and Selena Gomez were not spotted at an IHOP, rather they were spotted this past weekend…walking around. This totally means they’re dating!
Although they weren’t holding hands like their “first date” at IHOP, this pair has been hanging out more with each other.
Selena and Justin were spotted walking and talking before he got on stage to perform in Miami this past Saturday.
Though Selena is now legally 18, she sure does seem to match the 16-year-old Justin!
