As reported for E! Online, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are expecting twins!

That explains her…impressive weight gain!

Apparently, Mariah has been referring to her baby bump as “they” rather than “he” or “she”, so we were already a bit suspicious, but Nick pretty much confirmed it during an interview with E! News:

“It’s a touchy issue, because you never want to speak on too much stuff too early, but my wife, at one time, she referred to her stomach as ‘they’ and that probably wasn’t the wrong thing for her to do,” he said. “That’s all I’m gonna say.”

If that’s not a confirmation, I don’t know what is. Congratulations to the happy couple, but prayer circle for Mariah’s birth canal! Now we need to come up with names. I’ll let you lovelies start off here. Maybe we’ll feature the best baby names for Niraiah in a future Lovelyish post!
